The American theorist Henry Jenkins
coined the phrase ‘transmedia narrative’
to analyse the social effects of new technologies, a phenomenon that is
evolving exponentiall on a par with
science and the Internet. The transmedia universe is still the focus of media interest
and is also very useful tool for analysing brand performance and consumer
